  • We developed for our clients, in partnership with Orange Business Services, customized software for raw materials flow management

  • This software automates the reception part and offers total control over the transports entering and leaving the factory 

  • Transports data are digitally recorded, weights are automatically checked, and approved on the  custom platform

  • All the data is used for present and future business analyses

POWER BI IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING

Established and reached Objectives of the project:

  • In order to increase the productivity of the client and make sure that the employees can embed analytics and BI with ease, we split the project in two consecutive parts:

    • First we implemented Power BI according to the specific needs off each department: Financial, Sales, Procurement, Deposit and Service

    • Secondly, we made sure that the final users will use and benefit from this powerful tool at its best, in their work. In this respect we train the top management and the Japanese C-level, in dedicated training sessions.

The client benefited of support and project management from our teams throughout the entire project.
